1. Timeframe for requesting a return
- You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, to decide whether to keep or return the items from your order.
2. Start the return process
- Enter your order number and email used for the purchase in the form below
- Follow the procedure and select the items you want to return
- Wait for the return approval confirmation that you will receive via email
3. Prepare the products for shipment
- If you need to return the CO₂ Cylinders (Starter Kit or Refill Kit), please follow the packaging instructions at this link:Packaging Instructions for the Return of Full Cylinders (Right of Withdrawal)
- Place the items (or the item) back in their original packaging, ensuring they are in perfect condition.
- Include a copy of the sales document inside the package.
4. Return Shipment
Return service organized by Gessi
- We will handle the return of the goods. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with the packaging instructions.
- Carefully affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
- A handling fee for the return process will be deducted from the refund. The amount will be specified during the return procedure.
5. Refund
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method you used to complete the purchase, within 14 working days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
Return Policy for Right of Withdrawal
- The products must be returned intact and complete, in their original packaging.
- Make sure the products you are returning are complete
- If you wish to return a product, we kindly ask that you do not use it for anything beyond what is reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it.
- Note: Any shipping costs and any customs duties for returning an item under the right of withdrawal from a non-EU country to Italy are your responsibility.
ATTENTION
Gessi may decide not to accept returns without authorization, non-compliant returns, or returns with incomplete documentation. In such cases, they may be rejected or face delays in processing, resulting in the non-issuance of a refund, with costs at your expense. Make sure to complete the return process on our website before shipping the goods.
