If the destination country is not listed, shipping is currently not available.
We do not ship to locations accessible only by ferry, such as Sardinia, the smaller Italian islands, the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and similar destinations.

Standard Delivery Times
All confirmed orders are shipped via express courier, both domestically and internationally.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Italy: approximately 1–3 business days from the shipping date
Other EU Countries: approximately 3–4 business days from the shipping date
Non-EU Countries: approximately 4–5 business days from the shipping date
Tracking
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow each step of the delivery.
In case of any issues (delays, failed delivery attempts, or the package being held at a pickup point), you will receive automatic notifications from the courier.
If the package is held, you will find collection instructions directly in the courier’s tracking system—you will need to go to the indicated location to retrieve it.
